it is like pouring. then plus strong wind.
we went to take taxi, it is like we are ALL SOAKED!
no taxi sumore.
when finally we got on a taxi,the taxi driver told us that a old and big tree falls.
near my house there.
then no wonder no bus no taxi.lol.
